The brief for this project was to create a 125th celebratory publication for the St Bride Foundation. The publication was not only meant to celebrate the foundation but also to future proof it. I wanted my publication to be colourful and playful while referencing the historical importance of the foundation and its archives for design history, so each of the article pages references an era of design from Bauhaus to 70s Psychedelia.
The final iteration of this publication is intended to be a newspaper style print that would be rolled up along with other promotional material for the foundation and its events and then be sent out to other foundations / museums and investors. This way it could be used as an advertising opportunity and hopefully would draw people in to exploring the foundation and future proofing its position in the design community.
